I would suggest to put a card that is made of material that you can use whiteboard marker to date and time when you have expressed your breast milk.

At the start of our breast milk journey I bought 2 bags of every brand I could find. I’ve packed the rest away and ordered more Made to Milk bags as they are by far the best!
I found that brands with bags shaped like bottles with a plug top (Mumilk, Hakka, Mummabump) were much more difficult to wash properly, and had a lot of wasted space for freezer storage. Other square bags were either poor quality (Junobie) or have limited / no reusability (Cherub baby old design, Medela). The double seal feature on these Made to Milk bags mean I’ve never spilled a drop! By laying them flat to freeze, I get the best use of space for stacking which is helpful with minimal freezer space. Highly recommend these bags to anyone looking for practical & sustainable milk storage options.

I LOVE these reusable milk storage bags. The bar closure is so easy to use especially in the middle of the night when needing to empty milk collection cups in a sleep-deprived state in the dark or from a pump session! Super easy to pour out of into bags to freeze as well. I can’t wait to order more.
