It is perfect while im pumping or feeding, i place in opposite side of bra and it catches all the liquid gold that leaks. No wet bras/shirts and I collect it.

These are a game changer! I use them on one side while feeding to catch letdown as intended, but also wear them in between feeds/expressions at times to catch letdowns that happen in between including at night because they are that comfy!

I was really finding it hard to fed my son as i wasn’t getting enough milk in after my supply going down. Within 2 days of using the booster pills and the cookies i saw a big change in my milk. I’m able to now pump so much for my son as well , it’s amazing.
