A great healthy alternative to cookies

I tried the lactation smoothie mix and was blown away with the results. I would normally have the m2m cookies (which I also love) but wanted something with less sugar. I was a little skeptical but within hours my milk supply had increased. I just add to a smoothie each morning. One happy Mum and very happy baby here!
