Coconut and Date Packet Mix - DF & SF
You wouldn't believe it but this cookie is Low Gluten, Dairy Free, AND Refined Sugar Free. What a winner! A yummy wholesome and organic mix incorporating coconut, date and quinoa. An option for breastfeeding mums and bubs with gluten and dairy allergies or sensitivities. The perfect (healthier!), budget-friendly treat for milking mummas!
When baked according to pack directions, these cookies are:
- Low Gluten
- Dairy Free
- Refined Sugar Free
Here's what you'll need:
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 2 eggs (for a vegan friendly version, use 1/4 cup apple sauce or mashed banana!)
- 1 tbs vanilla
Packet mix makes approx. 12 cookies
Shelf life: Minimum 9 months shelf life.
